Can I book just one house?
Yes — the The BLUE Casa (up to 4 guests + baby) can be booked on its own at any time. The smaller The BLUE Finca (2 guests) can only be added to a Casa booking.
How many guests in total?
The Casa sleeps up to 4 plus a baby, the Finca 2. Together they host up to 6 guests (+ baby) sharing the garden and pool.
Is the pool heated and private?
Yes — it's a heated salt-water pool, usable even in the cooler winter months. It belongs exclusively to the two houses.

What are check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. You'll receive precise directions and all details with your booking confirmation.
Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay is usually 3 nights; at Christmas/New Year it's 5 nights. The calendar shows the rule that applies.
How does payment work?
The booking becomes binding with a 20 % deposit of the accommodation price; the balance incl. final cleaning is due at the latest 4 weeks before arrival. All prices include 7 % IGIC.
Is a deposit required?
As is standard for homes of this kind: a fully refundable €550 security deposit, due at the latest 7 days before arrival. You get it back in full within 14 days of departure — it simply covers the unlikely event of damage.

Are pets allowed?
No, keeping animals in the property is unfortunately not permitted.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, expressly including e-cigarettes. Smoking is possible in the garden and on the terraces.
How do I cancel?
A tiered cancellation policy applies (e.g. up to 90 days before arrival 20 %, from 14 days 100 % of the rent). As bookings are often made well ahead, we recommend travel cancellation insurance. Details in the reservation terms.
How far are village and beach?
Restaurants, shops and Puntagorda's organic market are a few minutes' walk away. The west-coast beaches and coves are best reached by car.
